The GCU apply on the date of application and for the whole duration of the Website's operation.
15. APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
The general terms and conditions of use are subject to the law of Indonesia. Any disputes involved in the implementation or performance of the GCU or the interpretation of all or part of the GCU will be subject to an attempt to find an amicable agreement. Failing this, any dispute will come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Indonesia courts.
