Rice Cooker Double Cheese Fluffy Cake

• 150g cream cheese
• 30g unsalted butter
• 90g cream
• 38g all-purpose flour
• 3 egg yolks
• 30g sugar
• 3 egg whites
• ¼ tbsp lemon juice
• Cream Topping:
• 80g cream cheese
• 40g cream
• Decoration:
• 1 pack of cheddar cheese
• Strawberries

• Mix the cream cheese, butter, and sugar until it becomes soft and smooth.
• Add the egg yolks and mix until well combined.
• Then, mix in the cream and sifted flour, ensuring everything is well combined. Set aside.
• In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites, sugar, and lemon juice.
• Continue whisking until it forms foam, then set aside.
• Take 1/3 of the egg white mixture and fold it into the egg yolk mixture. Mix gently using the folding technique.
• Add another 1/3 of the egg white mixture and fold it in, using the same folding technique.
• Finally, fold in the remaining 1/3 of the egg white mixture.
• Pour the fully combined mixture into a rice cooker.
• Select the "cake" function on the rice cooker and wait until the cake is fully cooked according to the timer.
• Prepare the topping by mixing the cream cheese and regular cream, and whisk until it forms a stiff foam.
• Spread the topping over the cooled cake.
• Grate the cheddar cheese and decorate the top of the cake as desired.
• Add strawberry decorations.
